For best results you should be doing the ridden exercises 3 times a week. However, if you can only get to them once, that is still beneficial!

The group coaching calls are once a week for 1 hour. A day and time with be decided based on the group needs. 

For this class you will just submit videos of you working with one horse. It should at least be started and familiar with being ridden. Any discipline of horse will greatly benefit from these exercises!

All riding tack ( saddle, pad, bridle, etc), a tripod to video your sessions and a phone or computer to access the group and submit your lessons!
